Beorn the Fierce

Dancing repeatedly creates Bear tokens, which Beorn upgrades from 2/2s to 4/4s. Those tokens also make it much easier to control three Bears and trigger Beorn's draw-two ability each combat.

Beorn gives Little Bear +2/+2, making it a flash 5/4, and can turn another creature into a Bear before Little Bear enters so that creature can be untapped and receive the +1/+1 counter. Little Bear also helps reach Beorn's three-Bear draw condition.

Beorn's Bear anthem makes Large Bear a hasty 7/7 trampler, and Large Bear increases the Bear count toward Beorn's three-Bear card-draw trigger.

Beorn's Bear anthem makes Gigantic Big Bear a 12/9, while Beorn can give it trample so its enormous hasty attack cannot be neutralized by a small chump blocker.

Beorn continually converts creatures into Bears and rewards building a large Bear board; an Orcrist-equipped attacker can then choose Bear and create a Treasure for every Bear you control.

Once Beorn reaches three Bears, his combat trigger draws two cards every turn, placing two +1/+1 counters on Ravenhill Flock each time.

Beorn, Reluctant Host is naturally a Bear, so Beorn the Fierce makes it a 7/7 trampler and it immediately contributes toward the three-Bear draw condition.

Beorn is already a Bear and can turn another creature into one each combat, giving Mirkwood reliable targets for its two +1/+1 counters while those converted creatures also receive Beorn's anthem.

Beorn reliably enables the Scrounger's Ferocious attack trigger, letting each Scrounger attack place a +1/+1 counter on the entire team.

Choosing Bear gives Beorn and every creature he subsequently converts into a Bear another +2/+2, stacking with Beorn's own anthem for a total +4/+4 on your other Bears.

Beorn's draw-two combat trigger reliably supplies the second card needed to put a +1/+1 counter on Lakeshore Apothecary each turn.

Beorn's 6/6 body keeps Ferocious active, allowing Ravening Warg to gain 2 life whenever it attacks.
